Dale S. Zeitlin

Dale Zeitlin has extensive experience in eminent domain and valuation litigation in Arizona, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and California. He specializes in representing property owners who are being deprived of their property rights through condemnation or eminent domain and in other disputes over the valuation and taking of real property, including litigation over the value of real property in deficiency actions and in appraisal malpractice cases.

Dawn Zeitlin

Dawn Zeitlin has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She has focused her practice on acquisition and sale of property since 1993, representing both buyers and sellers. Dawn Zeitlin handles acquisition and sale of improved and unimproved real property from the beginning of a transaction at the negotiation and contracting stage, through due diligence and the closing of a sale or purchase. She also represents buyers on financing real property acquisitions.
